Now, here’s how we can help YOU sell your house fast in 3 easy steps
Step 1: You call us asking us to help you sell your property. We talk and learn about you, your house, and what we can do for you, and we schedule a date to meet you in person.
Step 2: You show us your property and tell us all about it. Then relax while we put together an offer for you within 2 business days after our walkthrough.
Depending on your situation or your needs, We can provide 2 different types of offers for you.
1. A cash offer: No BS, hassle-free peace of mind for you. Sweet, sweet, green all for you to keep. Cash is king and you're the crown.
2. A creative offer: We understand that life is complicated, so if you need a personalized offer that deals with some other challenges that you may have we will do our best to help you.
Ex: You have a particularly high loan that you need to pay off, but it’s at a low interest rate. We will help you pay it off by making the mortgage payment and then pay you the difference.
Step 3: After we negotiate and accept an offer, you pick when and where you want to meet up for closing. All there is to do is wait for our title company to get everything ready. This usually takes less than 3 weeks. (Although most of our deals take less than 3 weeks, we do not guarantee it because we do not want to mislead you.) For example, if you were to sell your house traditionally, you would have to spend time looking for the right agent, taking professional photos of your property, cleaning your house up, staging it and getting it to look good, and a ton of other prep items before you could even list your property.
After listing your property, you would then have to wait for an acceptable offer from a reputable and reliable buyer and wait even more to close, often around 45 days.
With us, we do all of the work for you, so all you need is to call us, schedule a walkthrough with us, and pick a day to close.
2. Do you guys buy multifamily properties? And can I expect a similar turnaround for them?
We do! Unfortunately, our turnaround for larger properties is a little longer than it is for single-family properties due to more uncertainties/risk and many other factors requiring more time and more moving parts to properly execute on a deal.
