Ideal Property
There is no such thing as a "perfect" property, but we prefer Single Family Residences with a MINIMUM After Repair Value (ARV) of $200k, and Up to $75k in Rehab costs
Age/Condition of Property
Your property must be built after the 1920s and be a VALUE-ADD OPPORTUNITY to be considered
Location
We are looking for properties located within 1hr of Madison OR Milwaukee
Exceptions
If your property is a RESIDENTIAL Multi-Family (2 - 4 Units), it will be given priority if it is located in North West Milwaukee, is built between the 1950s - 2000s, and is a Value Add Opportunity
