Joseph Miller
FOUNDER
Meet Joe Miller, a visionary whose real estate journey began to unfold during his final semester at UW-Madison, where he earned his degree in international business.
Leveraging his passion for the real estate industry, Joe took the entrepreneurial leap upon graduation, founding Miller Flipped Properties. This venture eventually joined forces with Rock Solid Homes, culminating in the creation of ReZen, a down-to-earth and customer-centric real estate enterprise.
At the helm of ReZen, Joe invests the majority of his time in steering the company toward success and relentlessly pursuing customer satisfaction. His conscientious attitude and business acumen have played a pivotal role in shaping ReZen’s trajectory in the competitive real estate market.
Beyond the office, Joe finds solace and exhilaration in sailing on the serene waters of Lake Mendota during the warm summers. When the snow blankets the landscape in winter, you’ll likely find him carving through slopes all over, fueled by his passion for snowboarding.
Joe’s story is one of ambition, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to doing what is right. As the driving force behind ReZen, he continues to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the industry, standing on business and making it a priority to be as transparent as we can with our customers.
Kent McDonell
FOUNDER
Meet Kent McDonell, an engineer turned real estate entrepreneur, whose journey took a transformative turn when he purchased his first investment property in 2019.
From hands-on involvement in flips and rentals to becoming a key player in building ReZen alongside Joe, Kent brings a wealth of experience to the team.
Kent’s expertise lies in finance, system development, and the adept management of diverse remodeling projects that unfold concurrently. He acts as a visionary for the team, shaping the team’s strategies with his positive attitude and creativity.
Beyond the world of real estate, Kent loves spending time with his wife and sons, as well as serving at church and engaging in endurance race training.
